Job Responsibilities:
  • Coverage regions include Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan, and Melaka.
  • Developing sales strategy to achieve the region’s sales target & profitability
  • Develop & execute strategy to acquire new profitable customers
  • Manages overall business portfolio to maximize area sales revenues and profitability
  • Develop key account business plan including contract renewal, monitoring sales profitability, implement price increase, improvement program and improve and sustain product/services level to customer’s expectation.
  • Builds strong relationships with strategic customers and participates in discussions as needed.
  • Manages top accounts to ensure that customer focus is provided to these important customers.
  • Develops and managers communication among area sales teams.
  • Prepare proposals and contract reviews for important customer accounts.
  • Coordinates development of sales and technical support-specific training programs.
  • Recruit and develop sales team at the assigned area
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends, tracking competitors.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in-company training
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Candidates with a Master’s Degree in Business will be added advantage.
  • At least 3 years (s) of working experience in Business Development and Sales, preferably from companies in Lubricant/Chemical/Manufacturing industries.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge and good understanding of customer’s business processes.
  • Good leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proven good track record and sales achievements.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to generate monthly budget orders for sales team.
  • Coordinate with the related department to ensure all documents are well prepared.
  • Provide all necessary administrative support to the Managers & colleagues.
  • Arrange, receive and serve visitors in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Plan and arrange office filing systems in a proper manner.
  • Undertake general office duties including dealing with incoming post, fax and emails, drafting and sending standard letters and emails, scanning documents and etc.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a responsive website for device compatibility and optimize the website for quality and speed check-up.
  • Create web interfaces and user experience for new functions and features along with compelling visual flow.
  • Work closely with account managers to have an integrating design for web pages according to the client’s concept and preferences.
  • Providing creative ideas to support overall web development (online and offline).
  • Take part in contribution to improve the usability and design concepts of web pages.

Job requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma study in a field related to Multimedia Design/ Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Required skill(s): HTML5, CSS, Javascripts, PHP and a basic understanding of WordPress.
  • An added advantage in MYSQL, JQuery.
